Layaway Plans

At Precious Memories we are pleased to offer you five different layaway plans, listed below for your convenience. If you would like to start a layaway using our website, please place your order as normal and select the Layaway Payment Plan option in the Shopping Cart. We will then contact you to setup your preferred layaway plan option.

1 Month Layaway Plan
To setup this layaway plan option, a 20% down payment (based on the total purchase amount) is required. The remaining 80% is due in 1 month�s time. In the event of a missed payment* or Layaway cancellation** please see our terms listed below.

2 Month Layaway Plan
With a two month layaway plan option, just make two equal payments (50% each) based on the total purchase amount. In the event of a missed payment* or Layaway cancellation** please see our terms listed below.

3 Month Layaway Plan
With a three month layaway plan, just make three equal payments (approximately 33% each) based on the total purchase amount. In the event of a missed payment* or Layaway cancellation** please see our terms listed below.

4 Month Layaway Plan
With a four month layaway plan, just make four equal payments (25% each) based on the total purchase amount. In the event of a missed payment* or Layaway cancellation** please see our terms listed below.

5 Month Layaway Plan
With a five month layaway plan, just make five equal payments (20% each) based on the total purchase amount. In the event of a missed payment* or Layaway cancellation** please see our terms listed below.

*Missed Layaway Payments
In the event that you miss a payment, you can make up the missed payment on the same day in the following month without penalty. When this happens, each remaining layaway payment will be due one month later (on the same day) to avoid paying two layaway payments in the same month. For example, a 5 month layaway plan will turn into five equal payments paid over six months. Layaways are limited to one grace period per layaway. If more than one layaway payment is missed, Precious Memories reserves the right to cancel the layaway which will then be subject to the layaway cancellation terms listed below.**

**Layaway Cancellation Terms
In the event that you chose to cancel your layaway for any reason or your layaway is cancelled due to two missed layaway payments, a 20% restocking fee (based on the total purchase amount) will apply and any additional payments made on the layaway will be returned to you in the form of a store credit only.
